The fresh fish used is caught that morning and shipped directly from Minami Boso.The fish caught that day arrives at the store on the same day, so there's no doubt that it's the freshest in Chiba.Another specialty is the seared Kinso chicken breast, a healthy yet satisfying dish made by quickly searing the surface of the chicken breast over high heat.It's very filling and filling!
